Each entry here becomes a public profile at /people/[slug] — a personal portfolio that stays visually tied to the main site: same type, same surface logic, but room for a face and a line of work that is yours, not the studio’s alone.
Add a headshot to public/people/founding.jpg (optional). Duplicate the JSON object in people.json for every collaborator, then wire workSlugs to studio projects they touched.
